The methodology for maintaining and updating the NIPCM has been updated following a year-long pilot. The methodology document describes the processes undertaken and governance arrangements for development of the NIPCM.

Improvements include introduction of the Considered Judgement Forms and a new grading system for recommendations and good practice points.
