Updates have been made to the Mpox IPC Guidance.

• Section 2.1 – Addition of a sentence to align with UKHSA Guidance – advising that transiting through an airport is not included within affected countries/travel history.

• Section 3, Table 2 – A stakeholder enquiry identified a gap in the guidance following the care of a patient with widespread rash and no respiratory symptoms. There is now a distinction between an apron and gown/coverall.
